RHT Under Concrete Insulation Panel System dramatically reduces installation time and labor cost, and provides a built-in method of optimizing heat dispersion after installation. Panels are manufactured in the USA out of BASF Styropor and Neopor EPS to offer superior strength and insulating properties. RHT's innovative snap-together, pre-molded tubing channel system allows for simple, efficient installation while maintaining proper tube alignment. RHT Under Concrete Insulation Floor Panels have 2" on center channels meaning the tube spacing could be 6", 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", or further increments of 2". The panels can fit ½" and ⅝" PEX tubing. Ideal for new or existing residential and commercial buildings, for melting snow & ice on driveways & walkways or for heating patios.

Features:

Optional densities of 15, 25, 40, and 60 psi, higher densities are special order and have slightly longer lead times

Saves installation time and labor cost - no need to tie, clip, staple or screw to substrate.

Snap-tight grid of pre-slotted channels for uniform tube placement and equal heat dispersion.

Eliminates on-site trip hazards.
